In practice, Mitch employs a diverse range of osteopathic techniques, including (but not limited to) High-Velocity Low-Amplitude (HVLA), soft tissue massage, dry needling, and cupping. His approach is individualized, ensuring that each patient receives care specific to their needs.
Outside of the clinic, Mitch remains active by participating in the Melbourne Half Marathon and as a member of the senior playing group at the Yinnar Football and Netball Club. He is also an avid sports enthusiast with a broad knowledge of various sports worldwide and enjoys traveling and learning Spanish during his downtime.
